About Me

I qualified as an integrative transpersonal psychotherapist in 2022, graduating with a Postgraduate Diploma from the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE), after five years of training and 750 client hours.  Before this I completed a Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regents University, an MA in Creative Writing at Birkbeck and a BA in Experimental Psychology at Corpus Christi College, Oxford.

I have worked with a wide range of psychological, emotional and spiritual concerns, including anxiety, depression, compulsions, bereavement, stress, midlife crisis, parenting issues, suicidal ideation, ancestral trauma, sexual dysfunction, sexual abuse and unexplained physical symptoms.  I am also trained in collaborative dreamwork.  My aim is not to provide you with answers, but to work with your creative and intuitive self to access the deep knowing, and innate capacity for joy and self-healing, that yearns to be contacted within us all.

Before becoming a psychotherapist I held research positions in neuroscience and public health, worked in reference-book publishing and spent ten years as a professional rowing coach.

I welcome clients of any or no faith, gender, sexual orientation or psychiatric diagnosis.  I am a full clinical member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and abide by their code of ethics.
